So how is day your day going fellas? why don’t you pump it up with a session of super cool yoga or go for some functional training eh! coz to look good you gotta feel good. I give myself a solid two hours of power yoga, pilates, circuit and functional training and cardio everyday. To stay fit & strong isn’t just about thr body its more about your mind and inner peace, trust me once you get into tge habit of sweating it out diligently you’ll hate the no work out days of your life. But to start of with you need some motivation; and what’s better than wearing some ultra style workout gear and to get into the mood? so here I have this cool white wrap top from forever21 which is my favorite and to go with it a mosaic printed light and breathable legging from Femmora! The leggings are super stretchable and feathery to touch gives a great shape to the body and doesn’t slip out with your movements.
Remember: whenever you are working out go for comfort first and style later coz unless you are roomy you can never give it your best. If you find something comfortable as well as stylish to suit your body type that would be a cherry on the cake! So sweat it out, work it out and you’ll thank me after 3 months!
