How are you’ll doing? After all the Navratri night fun it’s now time for Diwali! Well yea, India is a country of many religions and festivals & sometimes it looks like a never-ending process 😉 So here is something different that you might want to try out this Diwali and look absolutely stunning!
This is a charkha print lehenga with an orange spaghetti blouse and a velvet dupatta with sequins borders. You know sometimes I really get tired if events & occasion pop up one after the other after all everybody needs a break right 😉 but then, when it comes to dressing up I am always ready and excited to think about my next attire. If you have a printed lehenga or an ethnic skirt lying somewhere in your wardrobe you might wanna take it out this season and make some alterations… Like – turn it into a slim fit lehenga, add some velvet or sequins borders, or even better give a slit on one side to get that oomph factor! You can make ‘n’ number of changes in this outfit and still look ravishing. This lehenga would look equally enticing with a black, gold, beige, yellow or even a red velvet blouse. So dig in your closet and find out stuff which could match your lehenga and make it look timeless. For the dupatta, you could get one stitched easily by taking a piece of velvet and adding these sequins borders readily available in the market & Voila! You have an artistic lehenga choli ready to rock for this Diwali without going shopping and burning holes in your purse. You can thank me later for this 😉 For the accessories I chose to wear this marvelous black & gold neck piece which makes my attire look more extravagant and added a pair of simple golden studs to go with it. Also, I wore a metallic belt around my waist, you could also wear a broader belt for a bold look and add some nice bracelets, kadas, rings or a clutch to look bewitching.
So that’s it for this one, keep rocking and stay in touch for more!
