Hope & pray everyone’s doing well. It’s that time of the year when lovely traditional songs buzz in my ears. When I was younger, the place where we lived had a huge playground nearby where they would organize the Garba-dandiya event and like a punctual student, I went there every day to enjoy and had a gala time. It was so close to my house that I could hear the music and as soon as that happened, my feet would start tapping & I would run to the grounds. Since a few years, we get to hear a lot of remixes being played in the garba-dandiya events but the old and traditional garba songs remain to be my favorites. All the kids in our apartments would group in and go together and we girls loved to dress up in chaniya-choli and bejewel with oxidized jewelry.. I’m feeling nostalgic and missing innocent d old days and my buddies. Nevertheless, this festival still has the same effect on me and I still do have a lot of fun with my family and friends and I still get kinda sad after Dussehra. So, are you ready for the next look to don this Navratri? Here it is – A super trendy coat with a corset and lehenga.
This is a royal blue coat with a kutch handwork, a peacock green corset, and a lovely lehenga. I wore the dupatta on one side of my lehenga so that it should not interfere with the look of my corset. The coat is really sexy with interlacing on either side and looks aesthetic. I wore hanging in one ear and a metallic ear cuff on the other which looks captivating.
Since the colors are vibrant and enticing by themselves, I chose to go subtle on makeup and used a light pink lip color; but to highlight my eyes I used color essence blue liquid liner which made me look edgy and grabbed a lot of attention. So this is how you could also make a style statement with small but eye-catchy details and makeup tricks.
Hope you like it & I shall come up with the next Avatar soon
