So the products that I’ve used here are:
1. Himalaya Oil Free Radiance Gel:
I have a really oily skin and I need to be very careful with moisturizers and hydrating creams. My skin around the cheeks is dry hence I can’t do without a moisturizer, otherwise it gets flaky and rough there. I tried the Himalaya oil free gel which helped me hydrate my skin without making it unnecessarily greasy. I also use it as a Primer to prep my skin before using any makeup.
2. Maybelline Newyork Concealer:
So far, I’d never used concealers until this one as there was a sudden outbreak of pimples on my forehead owing to heat and some other factors. It worked well on my skin as my friends noticed my clean and flawless forehead after using this concealer. Also, my dark circles vanished giving me a fresher look. But, the pimples or acne I could say, that were on my forehead were very small and hence it wasn’t that big an issue to cover them. So, if you have bigger bumps, wrinkles, creases etc., I suggest you try some other brand as this gives a good coverage only for medium damaged skin.
3. Lakme Matte Mousse Weightless Foundation:
I’m very particular when it comes to choosing a foundation.
Things I look for in a foundation:
- easy to apply and spread
- smoother finish which doesn’t give cakey look (as I have an oily skin and oil starts appearing on my skin after some time no matter what I do to get rid off it)
- long lasting
- good coverage and should feel like skin.
All these criteria are met satisfactorily by this Lakme Foundation. It is so weightless that I don’t feel like I’ve applied any makeup on my face.
4. Maybelline Newyork Colossal Kajal:
This is intense black and doesn’t smudge that easily. I’ve applied just a little of it on the corners of my eyes and it lit up my face. Maybelline Kajal is one absolutely one of the must have’s in your purse!
5. Colorbar Liquid Eyeliner:
I’m a big fan of liquid eyeliners and this one from Colorbar is one my favorites now( probably coz i’m not a pro at using the gel ones 😉 ). It is intense in color and quick drying, of course waterproof and gives a beautiful matte look. The liner brush is accurate making it easier to get that perfect wing!
6. Proarte Lashes:
It took me a while to learn to put on lashes on my eyes, but nothing beats the beauty of long and voluminous lashes on your face. At the same time it is important to ensure they are of the correct size and sit naturally on your eye lids. Fake looking lashes can be made out easily which doesn’t look that appealing. My pair of lashes from Proarte look very natural and give the perfect length and volume required for my eyes. They’re not easily traceable which is why I love them. I use M.A.C lash glue which helps me to get the lashes on my eyelids in one go!
7. L’oreal Brow Artist Genius Kit:
This brow kit is absolutely worth every penny as it’s really easy to use and gives a very natural, clean and attractive look to your eyebrows. The shades available in L’oreal brow kit are really very close to the average shade of eyebrows which makes it really easy to blend and difficult to make out if you’ve used any makeup.
8. Maybelline New York Dream Satin Two Way Cake Foundation:
I use this as a compact to finish off and give a smoother look after all my makeup is done. It also absorbs any excess oil keeping my makeup look fresher for a longer period of time. For my daily makeup I use the Maybelline BB cream and pat it with Maybelline dream Satin.
So these were the products I’d used for this particular look apart from:
- Maybelline highlighting strobe
- ferrarucci contour powder
- Maybelline cheeky glow
- Maybelline lipstick
Also, here’s my view for Azafran Clay masque:
Well, I wouldn’t say it worked wonders for me but definitely a good product to refresh your skin once a week. It made my skin look softer and brighter helped soothe the irritation on skin because of constant use of makeup. it is completely organic hence a good option to rely upon!
Thank you loves for visiting. Hope you find this helpful!
Lots of love. Do come back 🙂
